
Mark Regan - President and Founder
Mr. Regan, president and founder of Flat World Media, is responsible for the design, deployment and support behind the firm's industry-leading programs and services. Mr. Regan has more than 20 years experience in the high-tech industry where he has been responsible for architecture, design and implementation of innovative media technologies and solutions.
In addition to tenures at Cisco and IBM, Mr. Regan served as president and founder of Clear Blue Streaming, a streaming media development firm combining the latest technologies of streaming video, compression and low-cost network cameras.
Mr. Regan holds a bachelor of science in computer and information science from the University of Florida and a master of business administration from Duke University.
Kathy Carroll - Director of Operations

Kathy Carroll has been executing successful marketing campaigns for nearly 20 years. This experience, coupled with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, is a winning combination for you as she plans and coordinates a program designed to increase your bottom line.
Most recently Ms. Carroll has been implementing direct marketing and media campaigns at a Clearwater, FL advertising agency. Her more than 13 years at this agency provided the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, manage databases and coordinate all aspects of the production process. Kathy utilized her talents to keep her varied clients fresh in the marketplace by capitalizing on the benefits of everchanging cutting-edge technologies to supplement more traditional marketing techniques.
As Director of Operations of Flat World Media, Kathy works very closely with our clients to make sure that every detail is considered in ensuring that your marketing program is timely and most importantly brings you results.
Timi Cornell - Director of Online Media
Timi manages all aspects of our client's online media buying, campaign management and creative process. She possesses a deep experience in both the online and traditional advertising arenas. Recently she has worked primarily with online media campaigns in areas such as cost-per-action, cost-per-impression and cost-per-click type buys, direct email, campaign tracking and reporting, campaign optimization and making results-driven recommendations to her clients.
Timi also has experience with more traditional aspects of marketing including print production and direct mail. Timi also brings over 5 years of experience in customer service, which has helped her communicate on a higher level with third party vendors as well as direct customers.
Timi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Regis University.
Jeff Adams - Director of Online Technology
Jeff manages the design and implementation of all technical aspects of our customers’ online campaigns: landing pages, email design and layout, search engine optimization and also CMS web sites. In addition, Jeff pioneers our testing methodologies. Jeff brings extensive web design experience and graphic design work to our team.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Internet Information Systems from the University of Minnesota. Jeff is also an accomplished Professional Photographer with 15 years of experience in black and white, sports, modeling, architecture, nature and lifestyle/stock photography, editing, retouching and printing.
